Great budget hotel in a very green area. Really close to different shops and key access points. Good Chinese restaurant nearby. Central heating in the room. Work desk and television with satellite channels available in the triple room.

Very ffiendly and helpfull front desk. Breakfast was adequate although limited seating available so had to wait 30 minutes.

No good restaurants nearby. A long walk to the closest station. Pillows were very small and only one per guest. Hotel looked shabby and run down, stairs to entrsnce were damaged and dangerous with loose slabs.

The decoration of the hotel was lovely and had a cozy atmosphere. The common areas were well maintained and provided a comfortable space to relax and socialize with other guests. The hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and elevators available to navigate between floors. It was reassuring to feel safe and secure during my stay, thanks to the designated smoking areas and safety features provided.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, who sometimes seemed a bit overwhelmed with their responsibilities. It would have made the vacation even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior travelers.
